- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★wow. bought an aged t bone here today. cooked it just under medium rare and it was close to one of the best t bones I've had (and I've had a lot of t bones). makes me wonder why I go to restaurants and get dissapointed when you can buy quality like this from a butcher and cook it the way you like it.
